The discussion discussed a beta version of the User Sentiments feature and how to view survey results. It was suggested that optional questions may be the cause of one survey response not displaying as the other two. The Edge DX agent is available as a workaround. Survey results can be viewed on the Dashboards and Surveys section.

Anyone tried out the User Sentiments Beta? I ran a test survey for our test lab users and it looks like i got 3 responses. 0 Detractors, 0 Promoters and 1 passive. Does that sound right? Maybe they didn’t fill out the survey properly? Is there any way to see the results and who submitted what?
@member I guess you can help here?
@member Is there any plan to bring this into Realtime DX?
In Real-time DX you can create Surveys with Super Messages 🙂
It’s not that fancy but it’s working…
yep 🙂 you can but be nice if it was a biuld in feature
No near term plans to bring the User Sentiment / Surveys feature into Real-Time DX. but we do support deploying the Edge DX agent (where it makes sense) to VDI endpoints as well, so this can be used as a workaround
So we aren’t able to see survey results? Just the dashboard?
@member Click on Dashboards and go to Surveys, then click on the survey name to get the survey results.
On your original question, it’s likely that they either started and didn’t finish the survey or that the question isn’t mandatory.
thanks that helps a lot.
i’ll have to revisit how i created the survey as one response is not displaying like the other 2
I would guess looking at that, that you have optional questions
Probably. I guess I am less than magnificent. Lol
