Potential solutions include running an analyze logon script, disabling CrowdStrike and improving performance from VMware DEM Manager.

Has anyone experienced logon issues with Crowdstrike on their VDI? (Citrix specifically) – It seems to be negatively affecting performance across the board since it was rolled out
I think we had a client who saw this on horizon vdi. I’ll try and get details next week.
That’d be great, thanks @member!
We run crowdstrike. What specific issues are you seeing ?
Slow logon issues, in the process of rolling it out @member
Have they run the analyze slow logon script?
We just implemented CU, they’re adding machines, we’ll see what they come up with next week
I’ve seen it cause issues when there are profile disks doing disk mounts and symbolic links
If you disable CS does the login time improve?
Hi @member, I will check with them next week during our call, I assume so since their logon times weren’t an issue before they rolled out CS
CS disabled improved the logon times but VMware DEM Manager is still 14.6 seconds
