A user asked if Citrix RTT can be seen in ControlUp Solve / Edge. The RTT column is for Blast/RDP, while ICA users should use the "Latency Last" metric. Not sure if this more a Solve or Edge question but trying to see how we can view Citrix RTT in Solve/Edge. In Citrix Director we have this metric however the RTT field in Solve shows N/A
The RTT column is for Blast/RDP.
For ICA you want Latency Last.
ahh good catch there! so is Latency last the same as Citrix RTT? Director just shows them as seperate numbers so i wasnt sure
thats what director shows that i’m hoping to get both in Solve if possible
or maybe would ICA RTT be the equivalent to what you call User Input Delay ?
