A user was having trouble getting their automated trigger to run their analyze logon script, and has identified that it is likely caused by running in MSP mode. Support has suggested clearing the console cache, and further investigation is taking place.

Hi All!
In an earlier message I was tweaking with a trigger to run the analyze logon script after the logon took longer than x-amount of seconds.
I messed a bit up in the script so I thought I would delete it and simply download it again from the community.
The script is again now present and I can run it manually.
However my automated trigger does not run and gives the file "DELETED_ACTION.txt".
I have already tried deleting my trigger and re-creating it and selecting the analyze logon script, but that does not help.
Does any one has any idea how I can reset this perhaps?
sounds like something funky is happening for you, please open a support case besides this thread. WHere do you see that error, what version are you running and can you share a few screenshots?
Hi Wouter, Thanks for your reply!
Yeah sure thing I’ll open a case!
The Logon script is here in organizational scripts (1)
and the trigger does point to the script (2)
We are running v8.8.0.778, and are running it in the MSP mode. Perhaps that’s causing some issues?
and where do you get that file? On the machine running the script?
I get that output file in my email as attachment. The trigger runs the action and sends it to me.
It has worked in the past, but wasn’t fully working either for us then (see my previous post, 2 posts up in this channel)
ah like that, and when you look in the audit log do you see the output? I have my suspicion that it indeed might be related to msp mode. @member do we know if this was tested? Output of sba that runs at a customer site by email while running msp mode?
Do you mean the audit log when I run the task manually? Or should there be a log somewhere I can investigate?
int he solve audit log you can also see the output of the trigger
hmm that is empty for the client.. maybe that’s not working yet.
Support has come back to me and suggested clearing the cache of the console. Going to try that first
