A user had an issue with setting a trigger for a target folder in a delivery group under the EUC Environment – the EUC was connected and visible, but saving the trigger returned the error that the target folder doesn’t exist. After troubleshooting with other members, closing the console and removing the ControlUp profile from Roaming App Data was suggested as a solution.

Good Morning,
I currently have a CVAD % Available Machine is greater than trigger running. This trigger is targeting a specific delivery group under the EUC Environment. With this, whenever I go to save the trigger it states "The target folder does not exist" even though I am able to view and focus on the specific delivery group I am targeting. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance
IS EUC connected in the console
as the folder dosn’t exist unless the UC is connected
Yes EUC is currently connected, green check mark next to the environment name and I am able to view all of the delivery groups no problem.
I’d open a case with support but i would also clsoe teh console and remove the controlup profile from ur roaming app data
Where would I find that under the ControlUp folder in Roaming?
do you see the folder in discovery view in Solve?
Can everything under the ControlUp folder there be cleared out @member
u might loss some of ur personised config like views and stuff but will not affect controlup config. But @member as a good point
