A user is having trouble upgrading from CU V8.8 to V9.0 and requests support. Another user suggests trying to run the console on the monitor itself, which ends up working. There were no firewalls between the servers.

Hello, I’m currently upgrading CU from V8.8 to V9.0, started CU Console 9.0 and tried to upgrade the monitor servers. But without success. After clicking upgrade on the monitor server in the console a short time info-text "error" was shown an nothing else happens. The upgrade do not work. There are no firewalls between the servers. I would be pleased to receive support.
Try running the console on the monitor itself and do the upgrade there.
