Hello All – I am dealing with an issue on our environment (9.0) where the data on DEX for some machines is not updating. I have restarted the monitors but the issue seems to persist. I am observing several events from the agents where they report outbound connection problems. Restarting to agents or monitors seems to get some things flowing for a while. Monitors are all green and streaming. Also ran the connection check tool and everything passed.
Have you turned off enable outbound connection in the console settings? It’s on by default.
Currently is on (default).
Turn it off and restart the monitors. It should fix the issue.
