A user asked for help accessing a custom Insights report "Teams Trends 7days" – they were provided with the full URL to access it both for cloud (https://insights.controlup.com/home/application-trends/) and on-premise (https://insights.domainname.com/teams_trends_7days). Unfortunately, this didn’t help and the page comes up blank.

I have cloned “Apps Trends” into a custom “Teams Trends 7days” in Insights (see below) but I am afraid that when I type “https://insights/teams_trends_7days” I have a blank page. What do I do wrong ? Thks in advance.
I’m afraid my question is a bit silly! That’s probably why there’s no answer… 🙂
Have you tried to input the full url to see if it helps?

Ah ok gotcha. it was worth a shot. i was thinking of using the full fqdn of the url to see it that helps?
