Another user mentioned that device events may not be available through the API and suggested using the ‘/api/events’ and ‘/api/events/query’ endpoints to get system events. The ‘/api/events/query’ endpoint is suggested for getting more data than what is seen in the GUI.

I am trying to build a report through PowerBI. I have acces to the data with an api key. I want to collect all device events but cant seem to find this in the data. Can anyone tell me how I can access this data. I can export it though all system events as a CSV. But this is capped at 10.000 entries.
I believe device_events is not available atm to be pulled using the api
can’t try atm but this is thew url when I look at f11 for my own tenant
to get more than what you see in the gui you always need the &export=true as otherwise you are hard limited to what the gui gets you
