A user was trying ControlUp Solve on a trial license and found the UI promising, but couldn’t access historical reports as they were running an on-premise appliance. It was suggested that the user deploy the on-premise appliance and use a version 8.6.5 or higher, but that Solve on-prem does not have built-in historical reports. To access these, they would need to connect to IOP.

Actually I am on premise, I just learned that this is not available for this environment. Too bad!There is a Solve on premise appliance you can deploy. What version are you currently running? It needs to be 8.6.5+.

Hello @member, I am runnnint the on-premise appliance now, still on a trial license, but I stll don’t see the "historical reports"…Solve on-prem doesn’t have the build in historical reports. You’ll need to connect to iop for that
