When trying to use the actions from Solve, a user asked if anything needs to be enabled or if there are extra firewall rules required. The user confirmed that all other pages in Solve worked well, but the actions were failing. According to the ControlUp support page https://support.controlup.com/docs/solve-actions, the monitors need to be able to connect to solve.controlup.com over 443.

Hi folks, Is there anything that needs to be enabled or extra firewall rules, etc that are required to allow use of session actions from Solve? I get this when trying all actions but they work fine from the real-time console.
It does appear that all other pages within Solve work well, just the actions are failing.
the monitors need to be able to connect to solve.controlup.com over 443 see https://support.controlup.com/docs/solve-actions
Will check that out, but I believe that should already be in place!
