Any time line when ControlUp Remote DX data will be included in historical reports?

This Slack discussion discussed upcoming features related to RemoteDX for the ControlUp streaming project: including visibility in historical reports, Client Metrics under Session Details and Gantt, and a new Preset in Session Activity. when i say RemotDX info this is the metrics i looking atgo to the historical part > session activity and open one of the sessions

or right click the session and select historical dataOh I see, you would like to have the average/min/max for each value

for customer reportsAnd be able to pick the column like this

that we could see and show the good the bad and the ugly across all users

that’s an interesting feature request: "The worst user of the month was…" 🙂

its a esential for any user experience report

I’m not sure who is the PM who can handle this but I’m 100% sure our own @member knows :p

Hi @member, we are planning to add the Client Metrics (Remote DX) to the following reports as part of the Streaming Project:

• Session Activity – add all the metrics (Including phase 2 client metrics, e.g. Client CPU, ISP latency)

• Session Activity – new Preset "Session Client"

• Session Details, under Client metrics – Client CPU (2nd phase)

• Session Details, under Client metrics – Network Latency (LAN Latency, Internet Latency, Total Latency, EUC Gateway Latency (2nd phase), ISP Latency (2nd phase)

• Session Details, under Client metrics – Wifi Signal strength

• Session Details, under Client metrics – Client Packet loss

• Session Details, Gantt – add new information to the Client info.
