Edge DX customers were looking for an audit of remote control sessions initiated through ControlUp. It was suggested to access "Configuration > System Events" to view the data, which can then be exported as csv. Alternatively, the Device Event tab can be used on each device. End User Activity is a feature to monitor user usage in terms of application.

We are Edge DX customers only. Is there a way to audit remote control sessions (initiated through ControlUp)? Either audit a device, or by a specific user? I assumed it was under "End User Activity", but it appears we don’t have access to that feature.
Do you have access to Configuration > System Events? From there you can see everything. You can export to csv as well.
Or you can go on each device in the device event tab.
End user activity is a feature to monitor the user usage in terms of of application.
