The user experienced an error when using Scoutbees Custom Hive, but was able to solve the issue after checking the Citrix policy; it had been disabled. They concluded that they had missed the clear error shown in red. No bueno.

Only seen this error when using scoutbees (Custom Hive). I can connect to the Citrix desktop from the server with the same storefront URL and User account.
Do the show details show any more info on what could be the reason? :hmm:
