The user noticed Edge only keeps data for 30 days and asked for an explanation, as they had options to view data from earlier in the year. @member clarified that Edge keeps data for up to 30 days, occasionally longer if storage is available, and suggested the user supply a screenshot so the issue can be replicated. @member investigated further and found session data from August, but the user still noticed other data going back to May. The user suggested the "This Year" option is unnecessary and unlikely to display data older than 30 days.

2 things with edge. 1…my history only goes back to october 1st. any idea why that might be? and second, when i am looking at a device and change the date range to anything “custom” i usually get

@member Edge keeps data for 30 days (or more if you don’t use much storage), so you may not see any data older than that.
Custom date ranges don’t have any known bugs, please can you set one and send me a screen shot so we can try to replicate?
so edge keeps data for only 30 days? That i didnt realize. Thanks for the clarification. IF that is the case why are there options to show the entire year? Shouldn’t the options end at 1 month?
We do keep data longer if storage is low, but I agree, it’s probably unnecessary to have “This Year” as an option.
somethign isnt right. 30 days is too short. plus why do i have option to go back to 2021?
my database has data in it from may of this year but i cant see it anywhere else
