if I remember iop always shows time in UTC so that would make sense

Can you check the time zone settings? im IOP manager :8000/manager in Administrator -> preferences
Thanks @member, it was set as default user time zone, I have changed it to “GMT +1”, let see if it changes something.
Don’t forget to restart the IOP service
