ControlUp is looking to expand their capabilities to support other IT towers such as SD, RDS, and SCCM. There is a request for Jira integration and a suggestion to open a uservoice for SD. Has anyone implemented ControlUp’s automation for broader IT towers?
What are some successful one-click solutions deployed for different teams?
Are there any limitations or challenges in executing cross-tower automation?

We are currently experimenting with n8n as a kind of intermediary between ControlUp and other systems.
controlup [trigger] -> n8n -> postprocessing/transformation -> jira/pagerduty/teams/slack (i know its implemented for edgedx, but not realtimedx).
Theoretically you could pass the data via n8n to an openai ai agent and do even more fun with it 🙂
I mean something like plugin on ServiceNow ticket page and when Agent clicks on it, it shows the properties details and to troubleshoot they can execute the script directly over there to fix the lag area.

But this is not the integration you seem to be asking for, you would like to have the actions inside the native ServiceNow console, basically inside the incident?

I know that ServiceNow has a lot of customization options. Since we have a fully open API (api.controlup.io) maybe there is a way that we can also do something through our PS team
