While ControlUp does not have an agent that works with ThinOS devices, Dell released one in December, and third-party posts suggest it works. It is RemoteDX, not EdgeDX, which only adds metrics to the real-time console.

Does anyone have information on how to configure EdgeDX on ThinOS devices. We pushed the agent to some test devices, but I can’t find where to configure the tennant name or registration code.
We do not have an agent that works with ThinOS.
The agent does work with other client OS like IGEL, Stratodesk, 10Zig, as well as standard Linux distro, MacOS and Windows.
Dell released one in December, and there are other posts in this forum that lead me to believe it works.
