A user reported that UNC mapped drives do not appear in the Remote Desktop feature from the Realtime Console, even when the "Drives" option is enabled in the configuration. It was confirmed by @member and understood that waiting on the implementation in Solve in necessary. The user suggested an additional master setting that would allow admins to control pasting in and out of RDP sessions if they wish.

when using the Remote desktop feature from the realtime console for some reason we don’t see the local network drive mappings as we are used to see when connecting trough traditional RDP or other RDP managers. Is there any way to make them visible? Currently we only see the local client drives. The drives option is enabled in the config
it does work for me, you did set it from the properties in the console I assume?
@member what you see is the local client drives. That part works. But we also have some UNC mapped drives .They don’t become visible
yup I got it and verified the behaviour in one of the labs. Not sure if we will/can change this since the console will be moving to a config console only
@member ok then we will wait on the implementation in Solve. however The Remote Desktop Feature from the RDX console is used a lot in our company.
I understand and that + the controllers pane will be the things that keep the console to be used on a regular base
On another note cut and paste in and out do the RDP session is not enabled, it would be very helpful to have the option to enable it. Perhaps a master setting admins can control?
