A user tried to add an Azure Environment to ControlUp but encountered an error. It was suggested that the customer may be an MSP with a CSP agreement, and if so, a workaround is available with the upcoming 8.8 version involving the setting of a registry key. The user tried creating the key but the error persisted, and it was suggested to restart the Agent service on their Data Collector.

If yes, this issue will be fixed in the upcoming 8.8 version. To avoid connection issues, please set the following regkey on the data collector machine. Note that all cost-related metrics will be displayed as N/A
