The user was trying to upgrade to 8.7 but unauthorized error message appeared and no organizations were listed in the console. Therefore, the upgrade was disabled until the issue was fixed. It was found that the upgrade flow had an unexpected behavior and so the user was asked to wait until next week. 8.7 was uploaded and is available for download if any issues occur.

Trying to upgrade to 8.7 and failing…Get a message that I’m not authorized to upgrade or something and then this select an organization, with no orgs listed…
Looking for ideas. I am the Org Owner account.
@member
upgrades are disabled until prob next week
Thanks.
Surprised the console said it was available. 🙂
What version are you running @member ?
8.6.5.465
And the 8.7 console you’re launching? I assume the screenshot if from the 8.7 version
8.7.0.565
Co-worker downloaded the console, asking how/where he got it from, but appears he is away from his desk at the moment.
I’m not entirely sure why you’re seeing it empty in 8.7.0.565 but if you can still work with 8.6, the upgrade of the org was not successful.
We found a unwanted behavior in the upgrade flow and we fixed it. It’s currently in final QA stages and will be released soon. If you can wait a bit – it would be proffered.
Will wait, no worries. I just thought that since it was available in the console, the upgrade issues that were mentioned previously in other places were resolved and we were good to go. I’ll probably ask in this thread around this time next week before we attempt again.
@member 8.7 was uploaded today and will be posted soon. You can already download it here – if you encounter an issue. Ping me directly 🙂
Attempting upgrade now… Thanks.
