Excluding Apps from End User Activity Feature in ControlUp Edge DX

A user asked about excluding certain apps from the End User Activity/Active Applications feature. Separating business and non-business apps is the way to solve this issue and more information can be found on the ControlUp Support page – https://support.controlup.com/docs/end-user-activity. The user also mentioned a feature request was submitted to exclude certain system processes, especially lock screen.

Is there a way to exclude some apps that show up in the End User Activity/Active Applications? Ex. I don’t necessarily care about lockapp.exe

I actually asked internally to have the lock screen excluded, not sure what the outcome was, need to check. But the way to do it is to separate business and non Business apps https://support.controlup.com/docs/end-user-activity
