Hola / Good morning all, to start the week with a positive note, here is how our very popular “Get Session Screenshot” action is going to like in the Solve interface:
Just curious, in what kind of countries would you be allowed to use such a feature?
This action is allowed by default today in all countries (customers can of course limit this action via the Security Policy). However, due to the sensitivity of such an action, we do have the option to completely disable this feature from our back-end, on a per customer basis
yeah i like this feature glad to see it making its way in to solve
Is there a chance to configure this setting ourselves or do we need to ask support for it?
you can disable via policy

I think the effect of the permission solve as well
Indeed, the “console” Security Policy will affect Solve as well
