A user asked why a PING scout was running but a HTTP/S scout was not, despite the scout being enabled. They were advised to run "sb-hive.exe debug" from the command prompt in the VDI from the ControlUp management console. Previous discussion can be found at https://controlupcommunity.slack.com/archives/C046DUGB6M9/p1686066701593019. The user was then asked which custom hive version they used.

Hi everyone, does anyone know why the uptime of a scout could be 0% and Successful Runs :0/0 but when I do a test it works?
See the previous post… https://controlupcommunity.slack.com/archives/C046DUGB6M9/p1686066701593019
is the scout enabled?
Yes
I am trying to find the command prompt to run “sb-hive.exe debug” but I can not find it🫤 from the messages.
C:\program files\scoutbees custom hive.
So do I open command from the ControlUp management console right?
cmd.exe. Just a regular command prompt on the hive.
Yes but how do I open this in the VDI from controlup?
You run it on your custom hive.
The problem is that the PING scout is running but the HTTP/S is not.
@member Which custom hive version do you use?
