How can we increase daily incident quota?

Many of the people here can do that for you but to keep it official please email support@controlup.com with the request.

you can also get control of ur incident could by excluding events that you consider spam into either of these

Thank you. I think I have the event logs under control. Only 133 incidents in past 14 days. Support did reach out already in response to my request so I’ll add any new findings I think may be helpful.

if you have these two triggers enabled they feed directly into the incidents pane as well. Check ur inciendents and see if these triggers are there alot
