The user asked about the ability to see which users are logged into Solve. A Friday Feature Request was suggested to accomplish this, and the Audit Log was suggested as an alternative. Additionally, the Edge User Productivity Report can be used to check, and Solve does not require users to be logged out in order for upgrades to be completed. The Audit Log will give insight to past usage of Solve.

Current logged so when doing upgrades can make sure all are logged off. Client been used buy the console to make in large environments all consoles are upgraded. And from an MSP prospective gauging if the customer is using the product
Users don’t have to be logged out of Solve to do upgrades of monitors. Solve will just not load data during the upgrade. The audit log would give you insights on past usage
