In response to the Logic Monitor Hack in a development Org, the endpoints NICs have been disconnected to isolate them from each other and the internet, which may last for a total of 5 days. To investigate potential fallout, the new DEX console has been accessed and some Scoutbees have been disabled. ControlUp Monitors will not be collecting data as all endpoints have been isolated. For edge dx devices, these will keep collecting data while offline, and will ship that out once they have connection.

While we investigate potential fallout from the Logic Monitor Hack in a dev Org, we have disconnected endpoints NICs so they can’t communicate to each other and the internet. Might be a total of 5 days. Any concerns or clean up I’ll need to do in ControlUp when we bring everything back online?
I was able to access the new DEX console (Solve won’t work with the Monitors offline) and disabled some Scoutbees.
if the monitors can still talk internally they will keep collecting data untill you do a restart. Once they get internet access again they will start uploading the oldest data first.
All endpoints have been isolated, so nothing can talk to the monitor
ok than nothing is being collected from the ControlUp Monitors. If you have edge dx the machines themselves will keep collecting data and ship that out once they have connection
thx
