A customer reported receiving a warming every other week, but Support found data uploads were consistent and fine. The Monitor Alerts – ControlUp Monitor Issues link needed to be updated, and changing advanced config setting should make a difference.

How are the advanced config setting for the monitor looking? Looks like we need tp update that link in the alert Monitor Alerts – ControlUp Monitor Issues

it should
if i remember rigtht
changed it so let me see if that makes a difference
