A user asked why they can’t invite a user in Scoutbees and give them only access to Scoutbees. Though integrated with Solve, Scoutbees can’t directly invite users, but when the user migrates to DEX, they will be able to separate the different platforms/products. The user has asked Support to create another viewer user with only Scoutbees access.

hi, why do i get this error when i want to invite a new user to our scoutbees ? user has no account in controlup needs only a viewer access to our environment.
Scoutbees integrated with Solve I assume? In that case Scoutbees "hands over" the user management to Solve. Hence why you cannot invite users from Scoutbees directly.

Unfortunately no. However, soon you’ll be able to migrate to what we call DEX. DEX will allow you to separate the different platforms/products
strange, cause we have some users in scoutbees that have viewer access only to scoutbees and not to solve and i don’t want to give them more permissions. i will ask the support, maybe they can create me another viewer user. thanks
