Hi CMM,
I can confirm that in 2.13.1.3428, we released a fix for Teams Monitoring in VDI sessions with offloading enabled. This also includes support for monitoring the new MS Teams within a VDI session with offloading/optimization enabled.

Ah….i made tests with Teams 2.1 and sometimes teams didnt start. Then i wrote to ControlUp support if tag "disable-ucc" works with new teams (V 2.1+) and the said "yes"….but disable SIP solves the problem. From time to time we have problems with teams & SIP. It doesnt run stable so we disabled SIP in Terminalserver and VDI… 😞
