A user asked why they are no longer seeing end user activity data in ControlUp Overview, even when selecting filters for yesterday, this year, or last 7 days. It was discovered that the data was not being collected due to the setting being turned off. With the help of the community, the user was able to have their issue resolved.

Correct , even sleected "This year " and not showing anytjing
Also just need to add , we are using EDGE DX
If you change your time filter to yesterday or a week what do you get?
Nothing for yesterday
I only have my machine that I actively use in there and I only see .3 hours from yesterday and I know thats not right, lol.
A week shows data but even that was really low.
Even if i export the data , nothing
Applications are working perfectly
What about Last 7 Days?
No Data for Last week.

How did you get the first screen shot?
OverView – On the drop Down select "End User Activity"
No, you had data on one and nothing on the other. What did you have in the filter to get the first.

If there is nothing there, nothing is collected and it will show no data.
