Is anyone having that issue on clients with installed Remote DX Plugin? As far as I know, Remote DX uses a custom virtual channel and in that CTX known issue description is written: "In environment where custom VC like Zoom, Webex are installed." In our environment it seems like a correlation.

oddly I have "some" customers reporting issues but in my case its working a treat…
Anyways, Citrix pulled CWAfW 2311 so better option would be to switch back to 2309.1
