Proposal to Group Devices by Age for Life Cycle Management

A user proposed creating a report to group laptops/Desktops by age, including hardware warranty data, and to see how device performance decreases with age to aid life cycle management. User experience scores and the Edgedx breakdown will be used. Another user expressed appreciation for the example, since they will be proposing the concept to a customer the next day with the hope of selling Edgedx. The value of the concept is clear for devices requiring refreshment.

glad to here as i am proposing this concept to a customer tomorrow

with a hope to sell in edgedx

Really appreciate it, the value is clear and exactly what I needed

we sold this customer approx 10k laptops and do continues break fix, leaver and new joiner service so look at were we can add value to this type of service

they coing to the point when they think the laptops will need to be refreshed something like this would help itentify if that is the case and how t approach this
