Upgrading to the Latest Version of ControlUp and Switching Datastreams

A user asked if they could upgrade directly from their current version to the latest version of ControlUp and then change the datastream, or if they needed to go through multiple versions. Another user responded that they could upgrade directly and would be switched over to the streaming, with the team being notified ahead of time. It was suggested for the user to DM their organization name to have it added to the migration list.

Solving Permissions Issues with Edge Devices in DEX

A user experienced a permissions issue with their team and edge devices in Solve. When using DEX, only a select few have access to the remote tools, despite having Editor rights. The user checked the migration but did not find any issues. Another user suggested checking for another role that may have been applied. After removing the additional role, access was granted. Troubleshooting SAML Setup for DEX in ControlUp

A user was having issues setting up SAML for DEX and reached out for assistance. The ControlUp team suggested checking the Endpoint/Assertion Login URL configured in Okta, as well as ensuring the correct region is selected. The user later realized they had provided the wrong URL to their Okta admin and resolved the issue.
