A user asked about the availability of the audit log in DEX. It was confirmed that the VDI & Daas audit log can be found in the top right settings by selecting "VDI & Daas". It was also mentioned that an effort will be made to bring all audit logs together in DEX. The most central audit log will require effort from multiple pieces and will not be available before April. The user thanked Wouter for the information.

Automating Server Reboots for Monitored URLs with Scoutbees and ControlUp API
The discussion revolved around automating the process of rebooting a server that is being monitored using Scoutbees. Various suggestions were made, such as using the API to check alerts on an interval, running a custom hive, and using EdgeDX or RTDX. It was suggested that a user feedback item should be created for this feature. A new version of Scoutbees API was mentioned, which allows for retrieving alerts and writing a script to initiate a server restart based on that. The API can be found at https://api.controlup.com/.

Tracking Downtime and Uptime for VDIs in ControlUp
A user asked for ways to track downtime and uptime percentage of their VDI's for an SLA with a customer. A team member suggested using Scoutbees or the session count historical dashboard. Another option is to use the ControlUp powershell module to build a database for tracking availability. A UserVoice request can also be made for this feature. Editing Web Transactions Scouts with Power Automate and Honeycomb
A user asked about editing Web Transactions scouts through the Scoutbee API, but there is currently no support for this. The user was wondering if it would be possible to use Power Automate to adjust the assert test for dynamic dates. @member asked for more details about the use case and suggested a potential solution using a scheduled job. The user clarified that they need to adjust the assert test almost every day and discussed a possible flow using Power Automate to check with another API for the correct assert text. @member explained that this can be done through connecting to Honeycomb and the scout would give an error if the text is missing.

Could Scoutbees Alerts Have a Delay Before Baseline Screenshot Capture?
A user asked if there was a way to add a delay before the baseline screenshot capture when setting up a Scoutbees alert. The Product Manager responded that this is not feasible as of today. The user then provided more information on why they would find this feature useful - they are using Scoutbees to monitor the functionality of an application, but after an update the screenshot is taken before the application has a chance to launch, causing a baseline screenshot check to fail.

Setting Up EUC Scout with Duo MFA for Horizon View in ControlUp
A user asked if anyone had set up an EUC scout to log in to Horizon view with Duo MFA. Control Up support have an open case on this, and @member has more information. ICMP is sometimes dropped/blocked by routers/firewalls so TCP is a better approach so real latency and QoS (high priority) traffic values can be measured. The port also needs to be listening.

Improving Performance from ControlUp Real-Time Client
A user asked advice on how to help with the real-time client not using a minimum of 1.4 GB RAM, due to the in-ram database the monitors use. It was suggested to connect to the hypervisor and EUC sites only and drill into the machines to connect to the agent. Solve and the web portal are the paths forward, with the ability to open different views in different browser tabs or on multiple screens, as well as stream Session Activity Reports in Solve. The user also asked about the Session Client Report and it was suggested to manage the columns in the presets and to use the ability to share report configurations.
