They tried various settings and changed the operators to “contains.” Another user suggested that the number of hits and platform should be set to 600, 1, 3600 and “all platforms” respectively. After that, the user was able to set the alert. However, the user suggested analyzing data first to avoid false positives. Lastly, the user asked if it was possible to exclude certain errors from the alert description. To solve the issue, they want to run a clear Teams cache script in the event of a real crash.

Investigating Performance Issues with Teams on W2019 PVS Machines
The head of IT reported extreme slowness of Teams in his W2019 PVS shared machines since the beginning of the week. Insights showed high latency and low protocol bandwidth in the historical data but no CPU or memory peeks were seen. It was suggested to look at real-time performance views on his machine, and consider upgrading to the latest ControlUp version 8.8 to check all FSLogix metrics.

Sending MSFT Teams Messages with ControlUp Realtime DX’s Rest Action
A user asked for examples of using Realtime DX's Rest action to send messages to MSFT Teams via the Graph API. It was suggested to follow ControlUp guidelines (https://support.controlup.com/docs/using-webhooks-as-follow-up-action) and use webhooks and Adaptive Cards for Teams. Resolving High Alerts Issue with Hotfix

Implementing Multi-Tenancy for Managed Service Providers in ControlUp
A user asked who had successfully implemented multi-tenancy as a managed service provider in order to replace LogicMonitor. It was suggested to open bidirectional port 40706 between each tenant and the user's data center, and to set up certificate-based authentication. Restricting Access to Organization Creation in ControlUp DEX Instance
A user asked about preventing unauthorized creation of organizations in their DEX instance. They suggested a configuration option to only let full admins create new orgs. It was noted that creating a new organization requires a license and currently there is no way to block it. The user's request was added to the backlog to block organization creation to admins only.
