Is there a good way in Solve to track which desktop pools are not being used anymore? I have a feeling that some pools are not being used … I have a few where i cant kick off disconnected sessions and i have a feeling they just left themselves logged but not really using them
You can setup a trigger if a session is idle or disconnected for X amount of hours to log the user off the machine.
Hi @member, so… assuming you have the sync script enabled, each Desktop Pool exists as a ControlUp Folder, which means you can use the Session Count report to quickly see the Desktop Pool usage over time.
for example, this is a “live” Desktop Pool called “cuxdprod19”
Here I am looking back on 7 days, but I can look back for a month or even a year
