A user reported losing admin rights in Scoutbees and unable to edit or delete scouts. Other users reminded them of the failsafe to have at least one Admin and suggested submitting a support ticket for assistance. A screenshot was requested to investigate the issue further. The user later updated that they had deleted an old account and could no longer access Scoutbees on multiple organizations. Support was working on resolving the issue.

I seem to have lost admin rights in Scoutbees. Edit and delete scouts option is greyed out.
my role (the only user) is set to viewer
There’s supposed to be a failsafe so that there is always at least one Admin. You should send a support ticket to get that resolved.

It would be interesting to check the Audit Log but you can’t see that if your only user role is the default “Viewer” role
i can see the audit log
i searched role and user and didn’t find anything, maybe due to my role
Are you able to see your user settings?
Sorry Brian, I thought you were on DEX (app.controlup.com). so my advice doesn’t apply to Solve.

great, i deleted an old account and not I can’t access Scoutbees on any of my 40+orgs its a sad day

it was walden where i went in an deleted a duplicate scoutbees acct.

My colleague is looking things up right now – and technically I have to run and get my kiddo from school. But while she looks this up and fixes it, I’ll run and get him and be back to share when this is all fixed. 👍
