Hi, I have to recreate my userprofile on the TS where i launch my realtime dx. How can i restore my AD connections, i had a endless list of credentials. In the past i only overwrote the "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\ControlUp\Configuration\CommonPrivateConfiguration.xml" but it doesn’t work anymore and the list remains empty
Should be the correct file. I assume you replaced it while the console wasn’t running?
Also you’re not trying to share the file between different users (admin account and non-admin account for example), right? The credentials are encrypted with a per-user key
Sure, console was closed and i only do i it for my account
I tried to reproduce this but wasn’t able to. I deleted the entire config folder. Start > stop console. Replace CommonPrivateConfiguration.xml and the credentials are back
I found an old one from a backup that worked, the one i used from my backup before creating the new profile was encrypted and didn’t worked
