We recently got approval to purchase new agent licenses. So for the first time in a year we are deploying agents again. For some reason it is not working as it did before to our Windows 11 desktops. Any suggestions where to start troubleshooting this problem?
Which product?
Is this for physical devices (Edge DX) or virtual desktops (Real-time dx)?
This appears to be Edge DX. We were shown the "app.controlup.com" console that doesn’t have that designation.
That would be the DEX platform web interface. Once in there, if using our Edge DX product, it would be the Devices tab. But let’s assume it’s Edge Dx for now
How are they deploying the ControlUp agent? Are they manually installing them? Or are they using a deployment tool?
If you could describe the situation in a little bit more detail, that would help us find a resolution
@member Thank you for all the replies. It does appear we were attempting to deploy the wrong agent. We have now deployed the agent manager and are having more success.
Ok great
