The user had installed Hive on a device, but the status showed "Not Connected". After re-doing the configuration and checking the firewall, the Network team confirmed that the firewall was open and the URLs were reachable. Installed hive on a device , did the config but the Status shows "Not Connected "
All the others are showing green
re-did the config , but still no luck
Where can i start with troubleshooting ?

Make sure you can connect to those URLs and over those ports
Under "Other required Outbound Connections"

Networks confirmed that firewall is open
And you can reach those URLs through browser or nslookup
