Look if there is another Agent verison in another Directory under "C:\Program Files\Smart-X\ControlUpAgent\" and use that one.
Otherwise, if the cuagent service is no longer there I guess you can safely remove C:\Program FIles\Smart-X\ControlUpAgent and HKLM\Software\Smart-X\ControlUp\Agent by hand…
