Does it take some time for the EdgeDX portal to populate after re-activating a license? My portal is currently blank. I opened a support ticket, but wanted to make sure I’m not missing something
The url in your screenshot is DEX. Have you tried to use your solve url to see if anything shows up? your solve url will look similiar to this.

try this url for DEX is you have SAML setup

Can you try in incognito mode for the DEX url. If you are trying to launch Solve and Dex using the same web profile you can run into hiccups. These are some notes from one of my colleagues.
“You have to clear cookies, or create a different Chrome profile, or a different browser, if you’re switching between DEX and Solve/direct”
yeah tried incognito, etc
and I dont want to clutter this all up since I do have a support ticket open as well
