Hello, we’re seeing an issue on one of our Monitors. It won’t connect and we are getting a strange LDAP error:
An unexpected error occurred.
Failed to bind to user with id 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 by path There is no such object on the server.

I believe this started after an upgrade. We’re not sure what that LDAP address is, it’s outside of our range/scope. Our other monitor is working just fine.
Try validating all your credentials in the monitor settings. You may need to "Edit" the credentials and reset the password.
Hi @member, I’m familiar with your specific case. I asked support to contact you for an upgrade.
Seems the issue still remains and I’d like to confirm a few things with you so DM’ing you.
@member Hi Landon, I’ve validated the credentials and everything looks good. Our second monitor is using the same credentials as well
Had a similar one once… I had to enter all credentials again and it started to work…
Validating was not enough…
It was something internal with the monitor binaries… we’ve resolved it by reinstalling the monitors.
