The user was trying to deploy Remote DX agent to macOS via MDM and terminal but encountered errors. It was asked if Citrix or Horizon were used and later clarified that Citrix is being used primarily and version 1 from download center was attempted. Windows part works and a bug case has been opened. The user thanked for the feedback.

Hello. Trying to deploy remote DX agent to macOS via MDM and terminal but getting errors. I created a ticket with ControlUp last week and they are contacting the devs but wondering if anyone knows the terminal command to install the pkg – I would assume it needs to be run in the user context vs system based on the file path it installs.
@member Are you using Citrix or Horizon?
Yesterday a new package was released for Mac. Please check the version on our website vs the one you installed.
@member sorry for the delay. We are using Citrix primarily now and that is what I am trying to focus on currently. We are migrating away from horizon so it is not as critical to get that working. We have been trying version 1 from download center.
Thanks for coming back on this @member. Does the Windows part work? Is the issue resolved? If not, I would suggest to raise a servicedesk ticket.
Windows part works. We have a case opened and they have opened a bug case it looks like.
Cool. Thanks for the feedback
