A user reported receiving a "disconnected from cluster" message after adding the Monitor again and was directed to check the network requirements article for ControlUp Monitors. The article can be found at https://support.controlup.com/docs/communication-ports-used-by-controlup-hybrid-cloud-us-customers#from-the-realtime-monitor-machine and suggests that the disconnect could be due to the monitor not being able to communicate with the coordinator.

Hi @member – Please check the network requirements article for ControlUp Monitors
Disconnected from cluster usually means that the monitor is not able to communicate with the coordinator over TCP 40706
