A user asked about discrepancies in the number of PCs shown in Edge DX’s ‘Devices’ and ‘Logons and User Sessions’ reports when filtering for the same username. Another user suggested checking the time filters, and the original user was able to see both PCs in the logon report after adjusting the dates. The logon report is praised for its detailed information on the logon process.

When I go to Devices in Edge DX and filter on ‘ebben’ I see two PCs, which is correct.
I’m trying to see why the user logging into LEBBEN is having a long logon time. When I go to the ‘Logons and User Sessions’ report and filter for ‘ebben’ it only shows me one PC. Shouldn’t I be seeing two PC’s like on the Devices tab?
Check your time filters, see if it is only looking at a certain date/time I have had issues where only see limited data because of that
Best way to see it is go into the device then look at the session
When I go to the report it defaults to today. The user logged in yesterday and just locked their PC at the end of the day yesterday. When I adjust the dates for the report to include yesterday and today, I see both PCs. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! This logon report has so much great detail on what is happening during the logon process!
