I’m testing out an EUC test launching a Horizon desktop with a custom hive but each test it launches Edge. If I login to the desktop with the service account directly with Horizon, Edge doesn’t launch. Is there any reason the scout test would be launching Edge? I’m trying to create a baseline but Edge is getting in every screenshot.
Hello, are we using html 5 in both scenarios? If yes, we can setup a call and troubleshoot/have a look at what is happening. By default the scout should behave the same exact way as a "normal" log in.
Yeah I believe it is. I did discover what’s sort of happening, though I don’t know why. For some reason the scout is mouse clicking the most left pinned application on the taskbar. If none exist, then it selects the start menu. I have a small workaround by pinning notepad as the far-left most app and minimizing it to a small area.
