Users discussed an issue where session processes were not visible in ControlUp’s DEX and Solve interfaces. One user suggested opening a ticket and another discovered a workaround to use the Legacy reports to access the missing slider. The issue may be related to the new data pipeline. A user jokingly suggested starting a support group for those struggling with the RealTimeConsole.

something change, i can no longer see apps that are run when looking at a user session. it just shows me active/idle. before i could see what apps were launched, etc.
there’s a slider just above this to also include process info
i thought there was but i cant seem to find it anymore
thought it was here
i have this in Solve, but still no data in the gant chart
yeah in app.controlup.com that session processes is nowhere to be found
I see it in dex but I am still on the old data stream with my lab
solve
DEX
but even in solve, i got nada
thats what i get for being in the hospital for 4 days. i come back broken 🙂
hmmz, hate to say it but please open a ticket, I see data there but this is a tiny test lab
i did yesterday
End of April for new data pipeline
I noticed that this slider went away as soon as you are on streaming reports…
In the Legacy reports the slider is there.
When you know the timeframe when you (got) switched to streaming reports you can Go back before that date, then you will be asked to Switch to legacy reports and then there is the slider.
Saw that at two customers…
Doesnt help you but maybe you can verify!?
yeah it seems inconsitent. im trying to use DEX as that’s what CU wants, but it just isnt giving me the data I used to have
plus I can still do things faster in RTC. I think I need to start a RealTimeConsole Anonymous support group
