Hello! Any possible reasons why the "Client Public IP" column might be blank? Seen this with a few tenants, regardless of agent version. Couldn’t find anything in documentation to indicate if this was a RemoteDx item.
Do those clients have RemoteDX deployed? Client Public IP requires the plugin.
Ah, had a feeling. RemoteDx is not being deployed out currently. Thank you!
